Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for customers who have made advance payments but no longer wish to use our services. Refund requests will be processed via the original mode of payment. Please allow between 10 to 45 days for the refund to be completed, depending on the processing time of your issuing bank.

Please note that refunds will only be granted for advance payments and not for any services that have already been rendered or used.

Cancellation Policy

Customers are allowed to cancel their requested services within 24 hours of booking. However, please note that cancellations made within this 24-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee, the amount of which will be determined based on the specific terms and conditions of the service provided.
